Terms & Conditions

Pickup Service: There is no fee for pick-up service. Equipment may be picked up at the Crystal Clear Mahj business location. Equipment shall be returned to the home office at the agreed time; otherwise, additional rental fees will accrue every 24 hours. .
Drop Off Service: The fee for drop-off service within the Saline County limits will be $25.00 per hours, (outside the city limits is $50.00 per hour) round trip from the Crystal Clear Mahj office. This service includes equipment drop-off and pick-up only. Instruction, set-up and tear down are not included. The equipment should be packed up and ready for pick-up at the agreed end time..
On-Site Service: The fee for on-site service requires the scheduling of an instructor(s) to service your event. This service includes equipment delivery to the event, set-up and tear down. .
Care & Use: Keep items clean, dry, and away from food/liquid spills. Return in the same condition.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental date may be non-refundable.
Liability: Crystal Clear Mahj is not responsible for injury or incidental damages.
Damage or Loss: Lessee agrees to be responsible for any damage or loss of Crystal Clear Mahj's equipment, if damage is incurred while the equipment is in the possession of the lessee. If there is any damage noticed in any aspect to any equipment rented, the lessor should be notified immediately at 501-247-1717 and equipment use should be discontinued. The lessee accepts full responsibility for all damages to the equipment. If all the pieces of each set are not returned or damage occurs, the lessee will be fully responsible for replacing the entire set. Damage fees vary but are estimated below:.
